The Essentials Collection Terms of Use

     These Terms of Use apply to the Essentials by Carel Collection 
     which includes:
     1) Essential Backgrounds by Carel
     2) Essential Buttons by Carel
     3) Essential Bars by Carel
     4) Essential Bullets by Carel


     These terms do not apply to the use of graphics from other 
     collections found within the www.byCarel.com site. Nor do 
     these terms apply to logos, banners, JavaScript, music and 
     other items not explicitly given for free within the 
     Essentials by Carel Collection or outside of this collection. 

     All of the graphics offered in the Essentials by Carel Collection 
     are original works and are Copyright© 1998, Carel Lyn Ashzryl. 

     Permission to use the graphics in the Essentials by Carel 
     Collection is non-exclusively granted to anyone agreeing to 
     and abiding by these Terms of Use. 

     These graphics may not be included in a graphics collection or 
     archive in any media or distribution method either for profit 
     or not for profit under any circumstances whether or not such 
     use is implied within these terms. 

     You are free to use the Essentials by Carel Collection graphics 
     in web site or off-line designs without being required to provide 
     a link, copyright notice or acknowledgment regardless of whether 
     the use is for profit commercial, non-profit personal or 
     organizational, or governmental provided that: 

     1) The graphics are downloaded and stored on your hard 
        drive or server (you may not link to the graphics on 
        the www.byCarel.com site). 

     2) You are not explicitly offering the graphics for use 
        by a third party unless you comply with the Distribution 
        Terms available at: http://www.bycarel.com/essedist.html . 

     Use within a graphic or web site design for a third party shall 
     not be considered distribution provided that: 

     1) The design is not a graphics archive or collection or 
        other means that offers use other than viewing to 
        accessors of the design/site.
